Getting started
The benefits of this week come from the simplicity of the meals. The bars are no-bake, and the stovetop meals are straightforward and have few overall steps. This makes for an easy single round of cooking to prep the whole week!

One quick sidenote; two of these meals are made on the stovetop. While it is possible to have multiple pots and pans going at the same time, I find this a bit stressful and instead focus on prepping for one meal while the other cooks or simmers. This allows me to prioritize one item at a time and address cooking needs as they come up.

Let's get started!

A similar story for this recipe. These are no bake bars which means there is no cooking time, so once everything is together it can be added to a pan and put into the fridge to solidify. And there you go! Two recipes down.
At this point I normally like to take a little break. Either cleaning up the messes I have already made, relaxing for a few minutes, or mentally prepping for the next two meals to come. If you are feeling good and your kitchen is ready for the next round, lets go!

This chili recipe has about a 20-minute cooking time once the instapot is started. Once the prepping and chopping are finished and the instapot is started, start knocking out the prepping for the meatballs and pepper sauce. Do this as you have time. I wouldn’t start any actual cooking until the chili is finished and distributed into portions.

For the snack, I typically make this the day of, which takes about five minutes. Technically, this could be made in a large batch ahead of time, but it is such a simple process I don’t worry about prepping.
That wraps up this week’s cooking! The total time comes out somewhere around 3 hours and 15 minutes for the cooked meals. If you made it that far, congratulations! Enjoy your full week of food and check out other meal plans or recipes to try next.
