Directions

Food Processor: 15 min.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Wash Kale and remove leaves from stems. In a large food processor (10 cup or larger) add Kale Leaves, Banana, and Egg. Blend into a smooth paste, about 5 minutes, until no large chunks are present.
Mix: 15 min.
Transfer this blended wet mix to a large bowl or stand mixer. Add Vanilla, Honey, Applesauce, Maple Syrup, and Coconut oil (melted) and mix to combine.
Add dry ingredients, including Oatmeal, Wheat Flour, Protein, Salt, Baking Powder, and Baking Soda and mix until well combined.
Bake: 40 min.
Spray a large baking dish (3 quart or larger) with cooking spray and pour in mixture. Bake for 40 minutes, until the center is firm and a toothpick comes out clean. The top should look slightly browned around the edges.
Total: 70 min.
Split into 8 equal quantities. Food will keep in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
