Ingredients

Directions

Prep: 10 min.
Set oven to 350°F (180°C).
Wash Apples and dice into small chunks. Set aside
MIx: 15 min.
Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl or KitchenAid mixer, add Bananas and Eggs and mash until no large chunks are present. Add Maple Syrup, Almond Milk, and melted Coconut Oil. Stir to combine.
Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine Oatmeal, Salt, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Allspice, Nutmeg, Cardamom, and Protein Powder. Stir to combine.
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix. Add the diced Apples and fold into the mixture.
Bake: 35 min.
Coat a large baking dish (3 quarts or larger) with cooking spray and add mixture. Place in oven and bake for 35 minutes, until the center is firm and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.  
Total: 60 min.
Split into 8 equal quantities. Food will keep in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
