Below are some sample meal plans that prepare a full days worth of food for 6 days. Why 6 days? In a normal week, I like to use the seventh day to take a break. Opting instead to go out to eat with a friend or spouse, knock out a craving I've been dreaming about, or gain some inspiration by trying something new. I am happier for it and it helps kickstart the next meal prep week with some added appreciation and enthusiasm.
I structure my day as a 2 breakfast, 1 lunch, 1 dinner, 1 snack setup. I love food. I go to sleep thinking about what I am going to eat in the morning so an early breakfast helps me get up and get to a workout first thing in the morning. Feel free to experiment and do what works best for you.
